Today we're announcing HoneyBee Events, now in beta. It's end-to-end event management software for matchmakers and event organizers running speed dating, mixers, and singles events. We built it because every event you run is already generating leads, and most ticketing tools let those leads evaporate the moment the night ends.

Lead capture built into the ticket flow

A generic platform hands you a transaction. HoneyBee Events hands you a person you can follow up with tomorrow. Registration collects the fields that matter for further connection at the moment of highest intent, so your data is clean from the start instead of rebuilt later from a messy export.

We also turned on abandoned checkout recovery for every tier, Starter included. Someone gets halfway through buying a ticket, gets distracted, and closes the tab. That used to be a lost lead. Now it's an automated nudge.

Zoom integration for virtual speed dating

Running speed dating over Zoom used to mean babysitting breakout rooms all night. HoneyBee Events connects directly to Zoom and gives you a host dashboard with guided round rotation. You pre-assign the pairings, then advance the event with a few clicks instead of herding forty people across rooms by hand.

I'll be straight with you: it isn't fully hands-off yet. You're still clicking to move between rounds, and single-click automation is on the roadmap. But it removes the part that actually made hosts sweat.

It works with HoneyBee Match

This is the part I'm most excited about. Every attendee can be pushed straight into HoneyBee Match with an "Add to HoneyBee" action, available on every tier. If you're a matchmaker running events, the person who showed up Friday is a tracked contact in your database by Saturday morning. We also integrate with HighLevel, so if you're an Agency Tier customer of Match, you can use your existing pipelines to nurture these attendees into customers.

Your event stops being a thing that happens and then disappears. It becomes the top of a funnel that feeds the CRM you already run your business on. And if you subscribe to both products, a 15% bundle discount applies automatically, because charging you full price to connect two of our own tools would be a strange way to say thank you.

Turn Eventbrite attendees into an audience you own

Getting people to your event is its own job, so we didn't make you leave the platform to do it. You get a promote section with social cards, embeddable event cards for your own site, and Eventbrite syndication, on every tier. Attribution tracking shows you which channel actually sent each registration.

Knowing that eleven of your forty signups came from your Instagram card changes where you spend next month's effort. And the point underneath all of it: the leads and the audience are yours. You're not renting them back from a marketplace one email blast at a time.

Pricing that doesn't punish growth

We run three tiers: Starter at $29, Essentials at $79, and Professional at $129. We'd rather take processing fee from participants than lock up the features that help you sell tickets in the first place. Starter has two real caps: fifty participants and one admin seat. It's genuinely built for someone getting their first few events off the ground. When you outgrow it, nothing you depended on disappears. You just get more room.
